EXCHANGES AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We offer a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or report a defective product.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact@deepiu.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Lebanon, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
The fastest way to ensure you get the size you need is to request an exchange and send back the item you have. Once the exchange is accepted, we will send the new item to you.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are the responsibility of the client. This applies to both the original shipment and any exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on sale items or gift cards.
